Saw this truck as we traveled from Jack's Beach to Charlotte, NC. We Googled "Haulin' Liquid Chicken" and there have been many sightings of the truck but no one seems to know exactly what liquid chicken is and really do we want to know?

Liquid Chickens are eggs.
We saw a "liquid chicken" truck and the guesses were flying wild and furiously - "manure" "eggs" "chickens in a blender" - but what stumped us was when the side of the tank said "inedible"!!! I googled just "liquid chicken" and came up with some interesting facts. Apparently it's fat rendered from chickens that they spray on pet foods to up the (nutrition????) level. YUM!
Liquefied chicken is used to make McNuggets among other fast food items. It's chopped up and blended white meat chicken parts mixed with water.
It says inedible on the side of the truck. I seriously doubt it's what they make chicken nuggets out of.

from what I understand, It's chicken waste...the parts that are not used in cooking...

Ya'll are too funny. There is actually more than just 1 truck. There is a trucking company that hauls all kinds of chicken parts. Its used for dog food & other things like that.

A call to the truck company said that what they are hauling is liquid chicken fat.
If you have a bag of dog kibble handy the ingredients might include "Chicken Fat (preserved with mixed Tocopherols)". That is what they are hauling.

My significant other called me as he was driving through DeQueen, AR, following a stainless tanker truck that said Liquid Chicken. As with SO MANY others, our minds went wild with ideas of just what exactly "liquid chicken" could be. Lol!! I told him, laughing, I'd call him back. Curiosity had got the better of me & I HAD TO KNOW!! It was even funnier when Google brought me here & I learned we're, BY FAR, NOT the only people that rely on Google 4 info on sometimes the silliest of questions. After finding this page I'm not any more clear on what it was doing. I didn't not see an "inedible" sign on it unless it was small. I live in Houston and we own a small business that recycles cooking oil. These trucks are insulated and we have used them to coordinate a sale of our finished product. So to answer your question, we load this truck with about 6-7,000 gallons of yellow grease (UCO) and they then take the product to our customer from there.
